Frequently asked questions
Your Business plan has a maximum number of active events. Every active event you own counts toward that limit until you mark it inactive. The count does not reset each billing cycle while events stay active.
You can still access your existing events, but creating a new event is blocked. To free a slot, mark one of your active events as inactive, or upgrade to a higher Business plan for more active-event capacity.
The event becomes read-only and no longer counts toward your Business active-event limit. Guests can still download, but they cannot upload new media, and event settings can no longer be changed. Existing guest uploads are deleted after 7 days.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and your new plan takes effect with the next billing cycle. Downgrading works the same way — your current plan remains active until the cycle ends.
Yes. For agencies or venues that need more than 10 events per month, or a custom price, contact us via [email protected]. We will set up a custom Scale plan for your account.
Business plan prices are shown excluding 21% VAT. VAT is added on the checkout summary before you pay, and your invoice lists subtotal, VAT, and total.
