Frequently asked questions -------------------------- How does event counting work? Your Business plan has a maximum number of active events. Every active event you own counts toward that limit until you mark it inactive. The count does not reset each billing cycle while events stay active. What happens if I reach my event limit? You can still access your existing events, but creating a new event is blocked. To free a slot, mark one of your active events as inactive, or upgrade to a higher Business plan for more active-event capacity. What happens when I mark my event as inactive? The event becomes read-only and no longer counts toward your Business active-event limit. Guests can still download, but they cannot upload new media, and event settings can no longer be changed. Existing guest uploads are deleted after 7 days. Can I change plans? Yes. You can upgrade at any time and your new plan takes effect with the next billing cycle. Downgrading works the same way — your current plan remains active until the cycle ends. Can I get a custom plan? Yes. For agencies or venues that need more than 10 events per month, or a custom price, contact us via hello@lensgo.app. We will set up a custom Scale plan for your account. Is VAT included in the prices? Business plan prices are shown excluding 21% VAT. VAT is added on the checkout summary before you pay, and your invoice lists subtotal, VAT, and total.
