No. Colleagues scan the QR code or open the album link and upload from their phone browser. They do not need an app, an account or a login. Only the organiser creates a LensGo account. Is LensGo free and what does it cost for a Christmas party? You can start for free with 50 uploads and an unlimited number of guests. For more uploads there are paid event plans with a one-time payment per event, without a subscription. The pricing page shows the current plans. Who can see the photos, and how does this fit with privacy rules? Only people with the QR code or album link can open the album. On paid plans you can add an album password or use upload-only mode, so guests can upload but not browse the album. Photos are stored in the EU and LensGo is a Dutch company that works in line with the GDPR. Can we show the photos live on a screen during the party? Yes. Open the live slideshow in a browser on a laptop connected to a TV or projector. New uploads appear in real time. The live slideshow is included on the free plan. Can we approve photos before they appear? Yes. With manual approval, available on paid plans, every upload waits until you or a co-host approves it. Only then does it appear in the album and the slideshow. Can colleagues upload videos too? Yes. Guests can upload both photos and videos. They are collected in the same album and kept in their original quality. How do we download the photos after the party? As organiser you download the whole album as a zip file in original quality. You can also allow guests to download single photos from the album. Can we add our company logo? Yes. You can style the event page with your logo, theme colour, background and a welcome text.
