Some changes are big, some are small, and most of them start with a message from someone like you. Here is what changed in August, in plain words. **Photos and videos upload faster** ----------------------------------- When your guests scan the QR code and pick their photos, everything now goes a bit quicker. - **Choosing lots of photos at once feels faster.** Before, the photos appeared one at a time while guests waited. Now they show up almost right away. - **Short videos go up in one go.** A quick clip from the dance floor lands in the album much sooner. - **Videos from Samsung phones now work.** Some Samsung and other Android phones save videos in a slightly different way. We were saying "no" to those videos by mistake. That is fixed. They now upload just like any other video. - **Long videos always show up.** Now and then a long video would get stuck and never appear in the album. That will not happen anymore. - **Everything keeps running smoothly, even when everyone uploads at once.** Think of the moment the cake comes out and every guest takes a photo. **You can set a limit per guest** --------------------------------- Do you have that one guest who uploads two hundred photos? On the Plus and Pro plans, you can now choose how many photos and videos each guest may upload. You will find this setting next to the other album settings. Guests can see how many uploads they have left. If they reach the limit, we tell them so in a friendly way. You and your helpers are never limited. Good to know: we recognise a guest by the phone or computer they are using. If they switch to another phone, they start from zero again. **Getting your whole album is easier** -------------------------------------- On the day of your event, a big **"Download entire album"** button appears on your home screen. You no longer have to go looking for it on the Media page. **Working with your team** -------------------------- Do you use LensGo for your business? You can now invite colleagues to your account. They see the same events, the same plan and the same settings as you do. The number of people you can invite depends on your business plan. Only you can invite or remove people. **Where your photos are kept** ------------------------------ On our About us page we now say clearly where your photos live: on computers in Frankfurt, Germany. We follow the European privacy rules, and we never sell your photos or use them for advertising. You can read it all on the About us page. **Small things on our website** ------------------------------- - You can now find our blog and our YouTube and Reddit pages at the bottom of every page. - LensGo is taking part in Website of the Year 2026.
