Most of what we worked on came down to making LensGo easier to use, whether you're hosting an event, uploading photos as a guest, or looking back at them later. Photo sharing got better ------------------------ Guests can now add captions to their uploads. The captions also show up in the slideshow, so you get a bit of context with each photo, not just the picture. A few other small things: - Liking photos and videos works better. - Uploading is easier to follow, with clearer messages when something needs your attention. - If you hit an upload limit, you'll see a plain explanation instead of an error. - Hosts can now choose whether guests upload photos, videos, or both. Mobile got a big update ----------------------- Most people use LensGo on their phone, so we redesigned the main screens to work better there. - Buttons are bigger and easier to tap. - Text is easier to read in bright light. - Layouts don't break on smaller screens anymore. - For Android users, the download button now works the way it should. Events are easier to manage --------------------------- Switching between events, changing settings, watching slideshows, and adding them to your own site all work better now. Smaller stuff too, like windows closing properly after you delete an event, and options being hidden when they don't apply (for upload-only events, for example). Signing in is faster -------------------- You can now sign in or register with accounts you already have, including Apple. We also fixed which sign-in options show up for guests versus people who are already logged in, so you won't see things that don't apply to you. Checkout is clearer ------------------- - Pricing pages got an update so it's easier to see what's included in each plan. - You can use coupon codes now at checkout. - We fixed several billing issues, so paying is more reliable. Things load faster ------------------ When something changes during an event, you see it right away without needing to refresh. We also cut a lot of unnecessary reloads, so pages feel faster overall. Fixes you won't see ------------------- We tightened up security in a few places and fixed a lot of small bugs across invitations, payments, and event pages. You probably won't notice any of these on their own, but the app should feel more reliable day to day.
