About Us ======== Connecting people through shared memories. Our Mission ----------- At LensGo, we’re on a mission to bring people closer through shared moments. We believe every event—whether it’s a wedding, birthday, trip, or company gathering—deserves to be captured, celebrated, and cherished together. That’s why we’ve built a simple, collaborative platform where guests can instantly share photos in real time—no app, no signup for guests, just a QR code or link. Every memory is collected in one place, turning your event into a living, interactive experience that everyone helps create. Because life’s best moments aren’t meant to be kept to yourself—they’re meant to be shared, relived, and remembered—together. Our Story --------- LensGo was founded by Daan and Charèl from The Netherlands. When they planned their wedding, they searched for a GDPR-compliant, EU-based platform to securely store their guests’ photos and videos. But nothing met their standards—most options were either non-EU or lacked other essentials. So, they built LensGo: a simple way to collect and share event memories, with European media storage and clear data processing terms. Celebrate with confidence. [Create your event](https://lensgo.app/register) Our Values ---------- ### Community Fostering a sense of belonging and connection among our users. ### Creativity Encouraging self-expression and unique storytelling through visual content. ### Simplicity Providing an intuitive and user-friendly platform for everyone. ### Integrity Maintaining transparency and trust in all our operations. ### Innovation Continuously seeking new ways to enhance the user experience. Data & privacy European media storage, clear processing terms ---------------------------------------------- We use Bunny Edge Storage for event media in the European Union. Storage, content delivery, support and account administration involve different processing activities; our DPA and Privacy Policy explain the distinction. ### Media stored with Bunny Edge Storage Uploaded photos and videos are stored with Bunny Edge Storage in the European Union. See Annex 3 of the DPA for the providers and locations involved in delivering the service. ### A Dutch provider under the GDPR LensGo is operated by Acosh in the Netherlands. Our DPA sets out the responsibilities of organisers and LensGo when we process event data on their behalf. ### Data processing terms for your event Our DPA covers instructions, confidentiality, security, assistance, audits, subprocessors and return or deletion of personal data. ### Never sold, never used for ads We do not sell event media or use it to build advertising profiles. Our service providers process data as needed to operate your album, as described in the DPA. ### Providers and international transfers EU storage does not mean that every provider or processing activity is limited to the EU. The DPA identifies customer-data subprocessors and transfer requirements; the Privacy Policy covers processing for LensGo’s own purposes.
