After setup, just scan the QR code displayed on the Photo Slideshow using your phone camera or QR app to upload new photos or videos, or to browse the existing ones in the digital album.

The digital album is also a straightforward web link that you can share with your guests to gather photos directly. Sharing it is easy—simply send it via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or any other platform like any regular link.

No apps are required. Just scan the QR code on your Photo Slideshow using your camera app and follow the instructions to upload photos. You can also share a link to your Digital album so others can upload their photos directly. This works on any modern smartphone (iPhone and Android) in the regular browser, such as Safari or Chrome. As a host you don't need an app either: you create your event, manage uploads and start the live slideshow right from the browser.

No. LensGo is a one-time payment per event, with no subscription and no automatic renewal. You pick a plan for the event you are hosting, pay once, and that is the end of it. The Free plan covers 50 photos and videos with 7 days of storage and needs no card at all. Basic is €17.99 for 200 uploads, Plus is €24.99 for 500 uploads with 90 days of storage, and Pro is €74.99 for unlimited uploads with a year of storage. All prices include 21% VAT, so the amount you see is the amount you pay. You can upgrade at any time during your event and only pay the difference. If you run several events a month, LensGo Business is a separate monthly subscription that covers multiple active events at once.

Guests upload straight from their browser, with no app and no account. LensGo accepts JPEG, PNG, GIF and BMP images, MP4, MOV, AVI, WMV and WebM video, and MP3 and WAV audio. A single file can be up to 30 GB, so a long 4K clip from a phone goes up whole instead of being split or squeezed down. On the Basic, Plus and Pro plans uploads keep their original quality, which is the main practical difference from a group chat: WhatsApp and iMessage recompress what guests send, so the version you keep is not the one they shot. Guests can add photos before, during and after the event, and everything lands in the same album.
